What is your photography style?
My style is ever evolving just as I am ever evolving as an artist. No matter what, you can always expect an unmatched level of quality to your photos. Retaining bold and natural colors, the true essence of an environment, flawless retouching and images that will withstand the test of time outside of an Instagram trend will will always be present in my work.
I enjoy bringing to life fantastical concepts just as much as capturing the magic of everyday life in the home of a family.

Where are you located?
OvertheBrook Photography Studio is located in downtown Clio, Michigan. The studio is designed mostly for boudoir sessions but is home to many ever-changing one of kind sets. The client closet is located here as well as the glam station for all Hair and Makeup services. See more about the studio HERE.
Brooklyn can and does travel often for most sessions. Families, senior portraits, engagements and creative sessions are best done at locations that are personal to you. Location recommendations are available to create the perfect backdrop for your session.

What is included in my photography session?
Portrait session rates with OvertheBrook Photography cover your sitting fee, full retouching of all images and an online gallery with a digital release of all your images for personal use.
All portrait sessions fall under the same two packages. The more outfits or “looks” you have the more variety we can add to your shoot.
Deluxe Portrait Session:
2 hours/Up to 4 outfits/1 or 2 locations (time permitting)/online gallery
is $550
Standard Portrait Session:
1 hour/1 or 2 outfits/1 location/online gallery
is $400

Either session and all add-ons is just $200 down (which comes off of total package cost) to book your session.
Travel fees may occur to locations outside of a 50 mile radius of Clio, MI
How many photos will I recieve?
Final photo count in your completed gallery can vary based on the subject matter of your session. For example, sessions with babies, toddlers and subjects that require special attention and patience may yield less final photos than a typical portrait session with an adult. Specialty shoots with props, outfit changes and more can also influence the amount of fully retouched photos in your completed gallery.

50 - 100+ Fully retouched images

How long does it take to receive my photos?
Portrait sessions are guaranteed to be completed within 30-60 days after the session. Expect even faster turn around times during the winter months. If an extreme unforeseen circumstance delays the completion of your photos the situation will be handled with care and frequent updates according to each client and the circumstances.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! Museum quality prints are available to order directly from your personal online photo gallery.

How far in advance should I book my session?
Portrait sessions can be booked up to 12 months in advance.
To ensure your preferred date is available, inquiring and booking is recommended 3 months in advance. You can always book your session for as soon as 1 week in advance. Availability changes continuously.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Sessions can be cancelled at any time with no questions asked. All deposits are non-refundable as the date booked is made unavailable to any other bookings. For this reason, a new deposit is required for all date changes. Clients are entitled to refunds of monies paid beyond the deposit cost if session is cancelled 72 hours or more in advance.

How long have you been photographing weddings?
Brooklyn photographed her first wedding in 2014 and has since shot dozens and dozens of incredible events around the state of Michigan every year since.

Do you offer engagement sessions?
Every wedding package includes a complimentary engagement session fully tailored to you as a couple. Engagement sessions can be booked à la carte as well.
How many hours of coverage do you provide?
Wedding photography services are available from 4 to 10 hours of continuous coverage. Customization of your wedding package is available.
What is included in your wedding packages?
All wedding packages include a complimentary engagement session, 4 to 10 hours of continuous wedding day coverage, an online gallery for each session for viewing and downloading of digital images, a custom USB flash drive and a custom keepsake box with all images pre uploaded upon it.
Some packages also include luxury print products, full size wedding albums and a second shooter during wedding day coverage.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can save money using one! A discount is offered for opting in to a monthly payment plan for your wedding package.
Wedding packages range from $1,850 to $4,500.
All weddings require a $400 non-refundable deposit to book your date.

Do you travel?
